The Role
We are seeking a Technical Services Specialist to support our R&D and Quality teams in
the development and maintenance of high-quality nutritional products. You will own the
raw material and supplier qualification lifecycle, ensuring every ingredient meets our
rigorous safety and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities

• Supplier Qualification: Lead document retrieval, review, and approval for new and
  existing suppliers.
• Compliance & Certifications: Facilitate submissions for Organic, NSF, GFCO, and
  Non-GMO Project Verified programs.
• Technical Documentation: Create and update Master Manufacturing Records
  (MMR) and Finished Product Specifications.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Supply Chain and R&D to ensure
  seamless product launches.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience: 1–2 years in the nutritional or dietary supplement industry.
• Skills: Proficiency in ERP software and Microsoft Office; acute attention to detail.
• Compliance: Familiarity with GMP, FDA, HACCP, and SQF regulations.

Compensation & Perks:

• Salary Range: $30.00 to $38.00 per hour
