Todd Spear Joins Protein Research’s Executive Team as Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Livermore, CA, Sept. 11th, 2023- Protein Research announced today that Todd Spear has joined the company as its new Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Todd brings 20+ years of extensive experience in sales and product management and development for both ingredients and brands in the health and wellness industry.
In his new role, Todd Spear will lead the sales and marketing department in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive sales and revenue growth across Protein Research’s diverse portfolio of manufacturing and packaging services. His primary responsibilities will include expanding the company’s customer base, identifying new market opportunities, and enhancing the overall sales and marketing strategy.
Most recently, as Vice President of Sales at Nutrition21, Todd was an integral part of the sale of the company to Roundtable Healthcare Partners. Additionally, he more than doubled the business in his tenure as Vice President of Sales and launched four new ingredients into the market. With his extensive experience in the natural products arena, Todd is known in the nutraceutical industry as an advocate for high quality product development and value-based innovation of ingredients and finished product brands.
